"I spoke with Rebecca Winn to make sure she had all of our current info, since her office recently took over the policies we've had for many years. She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about their products. She was informative and made suggestions on ways we could save money and take advantage of 'free stuff' offered by State Farm. She also suggested some things for us to consider, with easy to understand descriptions and explanations, without being at all pushy or annoying, as some sales people can be.

"I’ve been over paying for 3 years plus now for car insurance. Thinking it was my fault for this issue, even told it was my record that made it so high and continue to climb. At one point I was paying 572 a month. I thought the consistency of automatic payments paid on time every month for years was a good thing. Nope, every 6 months with no accident for all but 3 years since the deer(no fault) my insurance kept climbing. I made my daughter get her own policy cause adding her they wanted 1800 a month from me. Just to add my daughter! She was paying 280 a month with a clean record!! Mind u her insurance carrier and mine were different, but because we didn’t shop around we were over paying and didn’t realize it. So I decided to shop around. I reached out to State Farm, I ended up getting an agent whom literally went above and beyond to help me get BETTER coverage! Rachael has been amazing! She saved me so much and I added renters insurance. I had my daughter switch and she saved 150 bucks, even another friend switched and saved all but a grand!! Now we are all State Farm covered!!! Rachael has taken the time to explain everything and answer any questions I have. She replies in the same day! She is always pleasant to speak with!! I didn’t think that type of agent existed. Even when my old insurance company never cancelled my policy and charged me for a month I had verbally confirmed I wanted canceled she made sure to reach out to me. Yes u heard me, she reached out to me, to help, willingly! She helped me get my refund and guided me through such a ridiculous issue from my last agent!! Just a blessing!!
